1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" or "Website" refers to the acd4d online gaming platform accessible at https://acd4d.cam and all associated services.
• "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to acd4d and its operators.
• "User", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created on the Platform.

• "Bonus" refers to any promotional offers, free bets, cashback, or other incentives provided by acd4d.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility Requirements

To use acd4d services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. We strictly prohibit minors from accessing or using our Platform. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time, and failure to provide such documentation will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Geographic Location: You must be a resident of Indonesia or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of acd4d complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law. You must not be subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from gambling online.
• Single Account: You may maintain only one account with acd4d. Multiple accounts created by the same individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Personal Use: Your account is for personal, recreational use only. Commercial or professional gambling activity is prohibited. You may not allow any third party to access or use your account.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an account with acd4d, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. All information provided must match official government-issued identification documents. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

acd4d is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian ID card - KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank card photos, bank statement, e-wallet screenshots)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days will result in account suspension. Withdrawals cannot be processed until verification is complete. We may also verify information through third-party databases and public records.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to immediately notify acd4d of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security. acd4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your negligence.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

acd4d accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and popular e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refund any deposit that does not comply with this requirement and may suspend your account pending investigation.

Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made at any time through your account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by our finance team. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited for security and anti-money laundering compliance.

Processing times vary by payment method:

• Indonesian Bank Transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): 5-15 minutes during business hours (9 AM - 9 PM WIB, Monday-Friday)
• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay): 5-30 minutes depending on provider
• Other Banks: 10-20 minutes during business hours

First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 may require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours to process. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits apply based on your VIP tier.

All withdrawal requests are subject to a wagering verification. If you have not wagered your deposited funds at least once (1x turnover), we reserve the right to deduct a processing fee of up to 5% from your withdrawal amount.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

acd4d maintains strict anti-money laundering procedures in accordance with international standards. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account or transaction that appears suspicious. Suspicious activity may result in account suspension, reporting to relevant authorities, and forfeiture of funds.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

acd4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable wagering requirements and restrictions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The wagering requirement specifies how many times you must bet the bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount) before you can withdraw. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 3,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal.

Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10-20% contribution depending on game
• Sports Betting: Varies by odds (typically bets with odds 1.5 or higher contribute 100%)
• Video Poker, Table Games: 10% contribution

6.3 Bonus Restrictions and Forfeiture

Bonuses are valid for a limited time period specified in the promotion terms, typically 7-30 days. Unused bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited after expiration. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are met. We reserve the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if bonus terms are violated or if we suspect bonus abuse, including but not limited to irregular betting patterns, collusion, or use of multiple accounts.

Maximum bet limits apply while wagering bonuses, typically Rp 25,000 per bet for slots and Rp 100,000 for sports bets. Exceeding maximum bet limits will result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.

7. Gameplay Rules

7.1 General Rules

All games on acd4d are governed by their respective rules, which are available within each game or upon request from customer support. It is your responsibility to understand the rules before playing. We reserve the right to void any bet placed in error, due to technical malfunction, or in violation of betting limits.

7.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, all bets are settled according to official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., BRI Liga 1 match results are determined by PSSI official records). If a match is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, settlement rules vary by bet type and will be applied according to industry standards. Live in-play betting odds are subject to change in real-time based on match developments.

We reserve the right to void bets placed after an event has started or after the outcome is already known. Late bets, bets placed with insider information, or bets exploiting technical errors will be voided.

7.3 Casino Games

All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fairness and randomness. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for all games and represent long-term statistical averages calculated over millions of game rounds. 8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on acd4d and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false information, using stolen payment methods, creating multiple accounts, identity theft, or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players, sharing information to gain unfair advantage, or any form of organized cheating.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses through irregular betting patterns, systematic hedging, or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Technical Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities; using automated betting software (bots); reverse engineering our platform.
• Money Laundering: Using acd4d to launder money or transfer funds through minimal or no wagering activity.
• Offensive Behavior: Harassment, abusive language, threats, or discriminatory behavior toward staff or other players.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing minors to access your account or assisting minors in gambling.
• Commercial Use: Using your account for commercial purposes, reselling access, or professional gambling operations.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, acd4d does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. We reserve the right to suspend services for maintenance, updates, or technical issues without prior notice. We will not be liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The acd4d Platform and all games are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You assume all risk associated with using our services.

9.3 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, acd4d and its operators, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9.4 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are an inherent part of gaming activity. You are solely responsible for your gambling decisions and any resulting financial consequences. acd4d does not guarantee winnings and strongly encourages responsible gaming practices.

10. Account Termination

10.1 Termination by Player

You may close your acd4d account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after all pending bets are settled and any bonus funds are forfeited. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours.

10.2 Termination by acd4d

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Request from law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• Extended period of inactivity (accounts inactive for 12+ months may be closed)

Upon termination, we will return any remaining balance minus any amounts owed to us, pending bets, or bonuses. We reserve the right to withhold funds during investigation of suspected misconduct.

10.3 Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gaming

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which acd4d is licensed to operate. By using our services, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of acd4d, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication with our customer support team. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may submit a formal complaint to our management team by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and including all relevant details and supporting documentation. We will investigate and respond within 14 business days.

11.3 Arbitration

Any disputes not resolved through the above process shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the jurisdiction in which acd4d is licensed. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
